Via Divina is a Catholic spiritual formation platform offering video modules, practical guides, a discussion forum, and spiritual development tools.

Basic access is free. Some features may require a donation.

3. Registration and Account

You must create an account to use certain Services. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Be at least 16 years old (minors under 18 must obtain parental consent)

4. Acceptable Use

Prohibited behaviors

It is strictly forbidden to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (videos, texts, images, PDF sheets) is protected by copyright and belongs to Via Divina.

You may view and use the content for your personal use, but you may not reproduce, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without authorization.

6. Donations and Payments

Via Divina operates through voluntary donations used to create content, maintain the platform and fund the evangelization mission.

Payments are secured by Stripe. Donations are generally non-refundable. You can cancel your monthly donation at any time from your profile.

7. Limitation of Liability

Via Divina is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. Spiritual content is intended for educational purposes and does not replace the guidance of a priest or spiritual director.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified to you by email or via the Platform.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.
